Milwaukee, WI (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Gregg Zaun went 4-for-4 with five RBI and

its dominance of Pittsburgh this season with a 17-3 win to open a three-game
set.
Last Thursday, the Brewers handed the Pirates a 20-0 loss and over the four
games the two have played each other, Milwaukee has outscored Pittsburgh,
53-4. Milwaukee has won all four games.
Ryan Braun and Prince Fielder each scored three times while Alcides Escobar
added a two-run home run for the Brewers, who were coming off a three-game
sweep at the hands of the Cubs.
Yovani Gallardo (2-2) went six innings in the start and was charged with two
unearned runs on five hits with three walks and four strikeouts. He also went
2-for-2 at the plate with three RBI.
Zach Duke (2-2) was tagged for eight runs on nine hits with four walks and
four strikeouts over four innings of work. Andrew McCutchen had a two-run
double in the loss.
Milwaukee got things started in the second as McGehee and Zaun worked walks
and Gallardo doubled to left-center to plate both runners for a 2-0 lead.
In the third, the Brewers made it a 7-0 game. With the bases loaded and two
outs, Zaun brought home all three runners with a double to left. After
Escobar singled, Gallardo and Rickie Weeks followed with back-to-back RBI
singles.
The Pirates got on the board in the fourth as McCutchen punched a double to
left that plated Akinori Iwamura and Duke, but the Brewers got one back in the
bottom of the inning when Corey Hart's sacrifice fly to left scored Braun for
an 8-2 lead.
The Brewers brought home nine more runs in the eighth. A two-run double from
Zaun was followed by a two-run homer from Escobar. With the bases loaded,
Fielder hit an RBI single and McGehee added with a grand slam to left for a
17-2 advantage.
Garrett Jones' RBI groundout in the ninth accounted for the final score.
